OUR FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
​
Ms. Linda is a diversely experienced educator who loves to see children grow.
She holds a Master’s in Education with 20 years of experience.
She’s worked in numerous fields ranging from running a youth sports program, providing classroom support to children who’ve suffered from traumatic experiences, to now founding and directing a nonprofit school.
​
Her teaching philosophy and methods are founded on the belief that each and every child is beautiful, uniquely gifted, and should know how invaluable they are to this world.
​
Linda is committed to seeing Canguros kids thrive and she’s so excited to start this journey with your growing child!

OUR TEACHERS​

We take great pride in hiring the highest quality teachers at Canguros that we are sure you will love!
Read below for our staff requirements.
​
All of our preschool teachers meet the trainings requirements set by the Department of Children & Families and have formal experience working with children.
​
All of our K-12 teachers meet at least one of the following requirements per Section 1002.421(1)(h), Florida Statutes.
​
o Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject
​
o Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience
​
o Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects
​
ALL TEACHERS HAVE A CLEAR LEVEL II BACKGROUND CHECK
